I should also add, you will need a trolley to get the dogs and everything else you bring from the car park, it is quite a walk, especially if it is raining in the morning.

Yes it's a good 20 minute walk from car park to benches. Plus by the end of the day it's a 30 minute walk as you will have shopping and be tired.

It will be great to meet some of you there, showing or watching.

About trolley I know...I've been to Crufts before (bus shuttle plus walk....hehe).
But that time I had only 1 dog and I didnt need much stuff with me.
This time 2 dogs and I would prefer to be correct organized ( if its possible... )

If you forget something, if we can't loan it to you, there are plenty of stands to buy what you need.

I've read its not allowed to change color and structure of hair (spray&chalk), but last time everbody were using small nameless bottles on show...

It's a risk some people take. It is against the rules and there is random coat testing.

Minis 77 dogs, 79 bitches, 156 total dogs, 163 entries


Schnauzers 21dogs, 38 bitches, 59 total dogs, 64 total entries



Giants 38dogs, 44 bitches, 82 total dogs, 85 total entries

(total entries are higher as some dogs will have been entered in more then one breed class)


total entry for the show is the 3rd highest, with 22,677

28,000 dogs expected to be there in some capacity over the 4 days of the show.

Crufts starts tomorrow, very exciting.
Thursday 5th March, we have miniature schnauzers competing in agility.

Hopefully between Jo, Grovelea and myself will keep you up to date with results.
Although I am leaving home 6am Friday morning and not returning till Sunday evening. Weekend away with the dogs.

I have the pup that is in Chris' avatar. Got her all ready for the show and she has been outside in the mud and has turned into a black mini

Crufts is being streamed live via the www.crufts.org.uk website

Minis in the agility first run at 8.30am tomorrow.

You will also be able to see my boy in my signature in the main arena as part of the team for Breeders Stakes finals for the 'Wellingley' miniature schnauzers. That event is being run just before the utility group judging.
