I was in amsterdam voor de biggest show from holland.
And there was a salt and pepper male from Amerika, Am Ch Repitition’s Modus Operandi (imp USA)
He was very nice and his trimwork was beautifull.
But when you see him in the ring with the others mini's,he was totaly an other breed.
It was very weird to see that.

How could they show a docked dog in Holland ?
Had the dog come all the way from South Africa ?
How many p/s was there ?
I'm curious, because I went to Holland twice this year and there were very few p/s at the shows.

When a schnauzer is coming from a country where they may have docked the tails they can show in holland.
Not with the ears.
In amsterdam where
12 p/s mini's.

In Holland, does a foreign dog also have to have a pedigree full of dogs the same colour? Or can those with a mixed colour pedigree still gain a title?

That is the strange thing about the whole rule; When the dog and owner are from a country with a FCI recognition, the dog can show and receive titles in NL. When a Dutch person would like to work (e.g. showing or breeding) with the same dog it should be entered in the Dutch Kennelclub, which will not be accepted due to the fact that there are more colours in the Pedigree.
