my rescue miniature schnauzer

i just bought a miniature schnauzer of couple omg if u seen her .she be 2 year on 2nd june 2012 she called roxy well my god she is so thin and boney is in really bad state . i have another miniature schnauzer i had her since 6 weeks old she called holly she be 2years on august the 1st and roxy wold fit inside my schnauzer .roxy was so dadly treated she got bald patches on her back and she has no eyebrow how can people be so bad to dogs .she for the vet to nite to get her a good checkup .poor wee roxy she house trained she had 3 good meals yesterday and i got up at half 5 dis morning to let her out to toilet .for breakfast this morning she got boiled two boiled eggs for protein any more ideals wot ways to build her up thanks
