I'm also planning to have my miniature schnauzer training on agility and obedience classes. I know agility training is a great way for me and my dog to work together as a team. How much is the regular price for these classes and how old does my dog need to be to start agility?

The cost will depend on the place that is giving the lessons.

My daughter Katie and I currently have our two 17-week-old puppies in puppy agility foundation classes. All the obstacles are set very low, and the jump bars are on the ground. Some people are doing weaves with their puppies, but we are not yet as we feel they are too young. I cannot keep Piranha Boy (Billy) off of the obstacles; he thinks it is WONDERFUL.

You might want to consider joining the Performance Schnauzer E-mail List. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/performanceschnauzers/join?referer=1 That list encompasses ALL that schnauzers can do (in all three sizes), but most there do agility, and some are from California.

While this forum is world-wide, it is primarily European.

Bet if this person ever posted pictures of his/her dog they wouldn't match the profile picture. That picture is of MY Lucy. I added a different picture as my avatar. I took that one on his/her profile. Not sure why it was stolen.

Here's the complete picture

I know how you feel. Over the years, a lot of things have been stolen from my websites. At our local Pet Expo a week ago, I discovered a small photo of my Hoover on a small magnet that was being sold by a bulldog rescue! The gal claimed that it had come off the back of a calendar from 2009! I don't recall ever putting that photo on any calendar....
